South Hall (1873) is the oldest building on campus and home to the School of Information ("iSchool"). Note the bas-relief stalks of wheat at the south and north ends of the building, recalling its original tenants - the University's agriculture laboratories. There are a series of bear statues "hidden" around campus, and the smallest bear is located over the door to South Hall.
