The Local Butcher Shop is dedicated to seasonal, locally-sourced, sustainably-raised fresh meat. We practice whole animal butchery, buying animals directly from local farmers & ranchers located within 150 miles of our shop. All our products are pasture raised, antibiotic and hormone-free, & cut to order by skilled butchers.
